Whatcom County

Whatcom County was the pilot for the Reimagining ITA Listening Tour in 2024. A team from the Chuckanut Health Foundation facilitated over 20 hours of roundtable discussion and interviews with 73 stakeholders including law enforcement, mental health providers, individuals, and families.
